TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Minimum Booking Requirement: The minimum booking requirement for reservations is groups of four (4) individuals.
Reservation Duration: Your Sports Bar Game Day Group Booking reservation is allocated for a duration of 3.5 hours from your confirmed commencement time. Please note that this duration will not be extended if you arrive past your designated time.
Package Inclusions: Your Sports Day Bar Game Day package includes the following:
Your choice of either a Chicken Parma or any burger from the a la carte menu.
Four (4) pots of tap beer or four (4) glasses of house wine.
Prioritized seating in prime viewing areas for your group.
Booking Amendments: Any amendments to your reservation, including changes to the number of individuals in your group or alterations to your package inclusions, must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed commencement time of your reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
Late Arrival: Please be advised that if your group arrives past the designated commencement time of your reservation, the duration of your booking will not be extended, and no compensation will be provided for the time lost.
Additional Charges: Any additional items or services requested beyond the specified package inclusions will be charged at the prevailing menu prices and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, the Sports Bar Game Day Group Booking assumes no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the course of your reservation.
Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. Please ensure to review the details of your reservation carefully and contact us immediately if any discrepancies are noted.
Age Restrictions: Guests must be of legal drinking age (18) to consume alcoholic beverages included in the package. Identification may be requested upon arrival.
Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
